3v3 Tournament - March 21-22, 2026

88 Teams registered for the 2026 Tournament!!

We have a record turnout for this year's 3v3 Tournament - 88 teams and 296 players registered!! Almost 50 more players than last year! Please see the details below about the tournament.

Location

All games will be at the Walpole Middle School.

  • Please use the Community Entrance to the left of the main entrance.
  • Check-in will be in the cafeteria on the first floor.
  • Parents can take pictures of teams in the cafeteria.
  • Only players will be allowed upstairs to the gym.
  • Drop-off and Pick-up times are below. 
  • There are no parents or spectators for the tournament.

What to Bring

  • Players only need to bring a water bottle.
  • Please DO NOT bring basketballs as these will be provided.

What to Wear

Teams can choose their own uniforms and come ready to play. Teams with the most spirit (best uniforms, sportsmanship, enthusiasm, most creative, etc.) will win a prize.

Registration Details

For who? Open to all Walpole boys and girls (must be a Walpole resident) in grades 2-8 even if you didn't play on a WYBA team this season.

Where? Walpole Middle School
(2nd & 3rd grade will play on 8.5' hoops, 4th and older will play at 10')

When? Boys will play Saturday, March 21
Girls will play Sunday, March 22

Time slots will be assigned to each grade division after all registration forms processed. Younger grades will play first. Depending on the number of registrations some grades may be combined. Each grade will have approximately a 2 hour time block.

Cost? $25 per player

Teams: Pick your own team (no coaches) of 3 or 4 players! – Maximum Two ‘A’ Travel Players per team

  • Pick your own team, team name and determine who plays and substitutes.
  • In order to help even the playing field for all the teams, each team can have a maximum of two ‘A’ travel team players per team.
  • Teams may consist of players from different grades but teams will be assigned to play in the grade division of the oldest player on the team.
  • For the 2nd grade teams there are no "A" players.

Prizes? Teams with most team spirit (best uniforms, sportsmanship, enthusiasm) win a prize as well as the tournament winner for each grade!

Registration: Registration is by team. 1 parent will register the entire team. That parent is responsible for sharing times and details with the other parents.

Deadline to register: Registrations & Payments must be received by March 10.

No spectators or parents allowed in the gym for the tournament.
