Basketball Clinics - 2010
(3rd Session added to both Boys and Girls)

Walpole Youth Basketball, in conjunction with both the Walpole Boys’ and Girls’
High School varsity basketball coaches, are once again pleased to be offering
five (5) instructional clinics in preparation for the coming 2010-11 basketball season.

This will be the 16th year these clinics will be held and if prior years
are any indication, the limited slots will fill up quickly.

The purpose and focus of these clinics is to further develop the skills
necessary to compete at the travel level and ultimately at the interscholastic level.

Each clinic will run for approximately 90 minutes over 5 sessions beginning Sunday,
September 12, 2010. There will be NO clinics on Columbus Day weekend (October 10).

The cost for participating in this year’s clinic is $80.00 per person payable to
WYBA. These clinics are available to all male and female players in grades 4-8.
Playing in the WYBA in prior years is not a prerequisite.

The boys’ clinics will be held at Walpole High School while the girls’ clinics will be
held at Elm Street School.  Each clinic will have a maximum of 40 players in attendance.
With over 400 players eligible from each side, these 120 slots will fill up quickly.
Slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
